Comments:These markers are associated with human cells. Originally described in the dendritic cell ontology (DC_CL:0000026)(PMID: 19243617). These cells are also CD281-positive (TLR1), CD282-positive (TLR2), CD284-positive (TLR4), CD286-positive (TLR6), CD287-positive (TLR7), and CD290-positive (TLR10). When activated, these cells are capable of producing IL-6, IL-8, and IL-15.
